The National Association of Rehabilitation Providers and Agencies (NARA) was founded in 1978, and functions as a trade association representing the interests of a membership base spanning across the nation. NARA’s membership is open to rehab therapy organizations and those who provide support to therapy providers.
Each year NARA hosts its annual Fall Conference, highlighting industry trends and providing networking opportunities for physical therapy business professionals. Competing with larger industry conferences, NARA required an integrated marketing program to raise awareness of and promote the Fall Conference as the premier industry event.
Beginning with rebranding of the conference, we created a comprehensive digital platform to connect with both members and prospects. We developed a specialized NARA Conference website as the centerpiece for all education and registration. We guided NARA through segmentation of their data to develop and implement a successful email and social media program. The result: Higher registration than ever before.
