THE Client
Max’s Book Club offers parents, grandparents, friends and family the opportunity to give the gift of children’s books to the youngsters in their lives. Established by a mother-daughter team, Max’s Book Club is a membership-based service that selects and sends newly published books to child members. Max’s Book Club also offers gift options including a range of themed book bags.
THE Challenge
Our challenge was to convey the journey of reading, its’ joys, and the memories that it creates. In today’s environment, filled with of endless electronic stimulation and distraction, communicating the sense of wonder and curiosity conveyed through a beautiful, well-written book was essential.
THE Solution
There’s nothing like the gift of a book. Through vibrant colors and a range of original art, we invited users to explore Max’s Book Club’s multiple membership and gift options. The website’s visuals and editorial simply conveyed the idea that when you give a child membership in Max’s Book-of-the-Month Club, you create memories and share them, from one generation to another.
