Inn at Warner Hall is a romantic, luxury Inn located on a waterfront plantation in Virginia.
THE CHALLENGE
The Inn owners, felt that their exiting website did no justice to the historic mansion, or the 38 acre of Chesapeake Bay grounds. The previous website was outdated, used obsolete technology, did not allow for updates, and was not interactive.
THE SOLUTION
The new website uses a new color scheme and beautiful, sharp images to convey the feel of the property. Simple and consistent navigation was implemented to enhance usability. Search engine optimization greatly improved search result rankings, and traffic. Additionally, a Content Management System was implemented to allow the innkeepers to easily update pages, add special and packages, as well as update a calendar of events. We also incorporated a blog with the new design, allowing the owners to easily add news and blog posts.
